Exchange and Refund Policy
Exchange & Refund Acceptance Period: Within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to you as store credits in your account.
We only replace items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect item delivered. If you received the wrong item or a defective product,We accept exchange requests within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a exchange:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Exclusions:
Clearance, sale, or promotional items
Gift cards and digital vouchers
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

The item name and reason for exchange
A photo of the product (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide exchange instructions. Exchange sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to you as store credits in your account within 7 working days.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
If your order included free delivery, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund amount.
Free doorstep delivery island-wide in Singapore excluding Jurong Island, Tuas, military camps, airports, and other restricted areas.
